Open Settings Privacy Policy

Before Contacting Support

  1. Open CardPriceCheck.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. Copy your Support Code if you are signed in.
  4. Include the card name, game, device, and what happened.

Common Issues

  • Scanner camera access: confirm camera permission is enabled for your browser or mobile app.
  • Collection sync: sign into the same CardPriceCheck account on each device and use Sync Now from Settings.
  • Pricing results: verify card name, collector number, variant, condition, and grading details before relying on estimates.
  • Native app testing: if an iPhone development build will not open, confirm the developer profile is trusted in iOS settings.
